8ohm 6.5 inch speakers

Hi, so I wondering what you guys would speakers would you suggest me based on my requirements since there is an overwhelming amount of option. 

I need a 6.5 inch, 8 ohm door speaker. My sub goes up to around 80-90hz, and my tweets pick up at 4,000 hz and up. So I need somethin to fill that as gap best possible (I don't want to run a mid bass and a mid range, just one) . I'm looking for something with a really nice warm ish tone for some really nice SQ. My budget is like $140 max for both.Appreciate the info
