USTART ultra capacitor will not turn off
I have a dual battery setup with isolator supposed to turn off when voltage drops below 13 volts and I have a USTART ultra cap wired in parallel with the 2nd battery. The problem is no matter what voltage whether it’s 6 V or 15 V the second battery is at the uSTART, will not turn off it stays run mode sucking up all my batteries juice. I have a manual shut off switch going to the second battery from the uSTART, and the only way I can get the uSTART to go into maintenance mode or turn off, is to turn that switch and cut all power to it.. I know this is a recalled ultra capacitor. However, it is a great option for high capacity capacitors on a budget and it seems like others have had good experiences with it. I can connect my Bluetooth and switch it to maintenance mode but I don’t want to have to manually turn it off every time and forget about it. is there anyway to run a remote wire to this you start or any solutions to my problem any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would try removing the isolator. It might be blocking the voltage signal the Ultra 31 is looking for to turn off. Have you tried that?
